MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact our support team at info@lashopo.com within 7 days from the date of delivery for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it, please contact our support team at info@lashopo.com for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 7-day returns policy from the date of delivery.
Please note the shipping cost is non-refundable, if any.
Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
Returns- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns must include the original invoice or receipt with your name and e-mail.
Refunds (If Applicable)- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as possible, and you can expect a refund within 30 days of your refund approval.
Damaged/Defective Items (If Applicable)- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a clear picture of the defective or damaged item for review as soon as you receive the item.
We take no responsibility for any product damage or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
